Filter cartridge change now safe, simple and economic!
The mini computer counts the operating hours and measures accurately the cartridge saturation. Cartridge exchange due is clearly displayed. For all mobile BAUER compressors; also for upgrading!
The Bauer B-Timer is a self activating mini-computer for monitoring the useful life of the filter cartridge, as well as recording run times and maintenance.
The B-Timer simply clamps onto the outside of either a P0 (P21) Triplex housing or a P31 Super Triplex housing. There are no wires or fittings to worry about, only a screwdriver is required for easy installation.
Upon starting the compressor, the highly sensitive sensor automatically records the running times as well as the filter temperature, thus being able to calculate very accurately the remaining filter cartridge life. A simple bar graph displays the remaining percentage of useful cartridge life. The B-Timer also has additional separate auto timers for recording total run times and maintenance times, as well as battery life. The robust housing resists sand, salt, sea water, humidity and harsh UV rays. A great option for most portable Bauer units.
Important where it counts!
Filter monitoring now for all mobile compressors with TRIPLEX-P 21, SUPER TRIPLEX-P 31 and P 41 filter systems without electronic compressor control – also for upgrading.
Via a highly sensitve special sensor the hour meter starts automatically at compressor start and stops counting automatically again if compressor stops.
On the four-part segment display the status of saturation of the cartridge can be followed up. If the remaining capacity is less than 20%, the last segment is flashing and instead of the operating hours the order number of the cartridge required is indicated. If the cartridge is saturated, all four segments are flashing.
The key symbol indicates that a maintenance is due. The letters A to C inform about the necessary maintenance kit.
Data Safe: The battery reading warns in time if battery change is required. The B-TIMER saves operating hours and maintenance intervals on its RAM in case of battery exchange or longer storage without battery.
Most simple mounting without piping or wiring – only screw driver required!
Extremely robust for global use even under toughest ambient conditions: dust- and splash proof, insensitive to salt, heavy insolation, high humidity and sand.

Safety at a glance!
1. Maintenance couldn’t be easier
The key symbol indicates that maintenance is due. The letters A to C indicate whichBAUER maintenance kit is required (A = 500 hours or 1 year; B = 1000 hours or 2 years; C = 2000 hours or 3 years).
2. Safe data!
The battery indicator provides advance warning of battery replacement being due. Theoperating hours and maintenance times are saved in the device RAM even when the battery is replaced or if the unit is put into storage for a prolonged period without a battery. For better energy efficiency, the device switches to sleep mode automatically when not in use. The long-life lithium battery cell (3 V) will last for approximately 3 years if used for 500 operating hours per year.
3. Can be relied upon to count operating hours
When the compressor is switched on, a signal from a highly sensitive special sensor induces the operating hours counter to start a counting cycle automatically. This cycleruns until the next time the compressor shuts down.
4. Reached saturation?
The increasing level of saturation of the P-filter cartridge can be tracked at all times on thefour-segment display. When the residual capacity falls below 20%, the last segment starts to flash and instead of the operating hours, the order number for the filter cartridge is displayed so that a replacement be purchased. All 4 segments of the display will flash when the cartridge reaches the end of its service life.
5. Set-up is child’s play
The first time you power up the timerÂ, simply use the two keys to enter the device data. The menu is largely non-language-specific (it features symbols rather than words) and thus easy and intuitive to use.
